Homemade tagliatelle Carbonara with pan fried pancetta, onions and Parmesan shavings

Served with a glass of Valpolicella, Allegrini 2018

Main

Seared fillet of Lemon sole in a brown butter, caper and parsley sauce served with sautéed potatoes, sprouting broccoli and toasted pine nuts

Served with a glass of Chablis ‘St Martin’, Domaine Laroche 2018 

Cheese

A selection of three artisan cheeses served with homemade biscuits and chutney.

Supplement £8 including a glass of LBV Port 2013, Quinta do Infantado

Dessert

Rosewater and saffron ice cream with macaroons and baked rhubarb

Served with a glass of Monbazillac, Domaine de l”Ancienne Cure 2015
