Online wine tasting - Session 3 - Vinification (From grape to wine)

These online wine tastings are designed to cover all aspects of the wine making in the comfort of your own home. The aim is for participants to be confident purchasing and tastings wines and be able to read any wine list and the wine terminology.

This is a 10 month-program starting in September 2021. The following subjects will be tackled and a tasting of 3 different wines will be supplied to highlight each subject.

Vinification is a term used to describe the winemaking process. This session will tackle all aspects of wine making; from grape harvesting to end product.

Once confirmed, you will need to pick up your wine tasting box (This includes your 3 wine samples and tasting sheets). The box should be ready from 3pm the day before the tasting so you can come along at any time after that during the opening hours of The Secret Garden.

Each tasting last for about 1 hour and 15 minutes and cost £25 per session. Sign up for all 10 sessions for £200 and cover all subjects to become a wine buff! Alternatively, you book each session individually
