About the musicians
Pavlo Beznosiuk, violin
With a 40-year career spanning music from Mediaeval Europe to contemporary film scores, pioneering the use of Renaissance violins and Lira da Braccio, by way of a globe-trotting career as soloist, chamber musician, concertmaster and director, Pavlo Beznosiuk is one of the UK's most eclectic violinists, who also recently starred on a Radio Show with his unique choice of classical/prog rock/jazz.
Natasha Holmes, violoncello
Natasha has played Romantic, Contemporary and Baroque music in The English Chamber Orchestra, City of London Sinfonia, Music Projects London and Norwich Baroque. She was a member of the first British chamber orchestra to tour in Siberia. She has made original recordings of birdsong together with her cello playing in the forests of England. Natasha also teaches asylum seekers English and gives talks on Historic Costume.
Janna Hüneke, flute
Janna has given many concerts, often with her chamber ensemble Harmoniemusik. Like Pavlo and Natasha, Janna is also to be found in the recording studio, having worked on film sessions, CD’s and a radio programme of music for two flutes. Janna played for Stockhausen in his opera, Montag Aus Licht, as one of three piccolos. She has also trained as a naturopath.
